"We had a new small addition to our house that needed new roofing and we had some concerns about the condition of our old roof. Being mid-October, we were heading into a long rainy period. We had several bids but Red’s was the only one who offered several options to us and pointed out problems with our older roof. Their bid was competitive, using premium material and thorough flashing, and they could accommodate our schedule. When we approved the bid, they came out within hours to protect the new roof from the weather and then came back later, when the schedule permitted, to tear off the roof of the older part of the house and put on the new roof. Through the entire process, they kept us well informed on what they were doing and what would come next. They were entirely professional, cleaning the entire site at the end of each day. When I had a concern during a storm mid-way through the job, Steve came out on a Saturday night to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others."
